Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and was a shame I was only staying for one night! The location was great for exploring the city, and very handy for the Dublin aircoach connection to and from the airport. I turned up a few hours early before checkin (expecting to only be able to drop my bags off and have to come back later), but was told that the room was already available. I did not need to pay the early check-in fee. The room was spacious, had plenty of storage, and was clean. It was also nice to have the option of air conditioning and an openable window. The bathroom was also bright and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great - a full buffet and friendly and attentive staff. The only minor downside was that the kettle in the room was not plugged in and I had to get under the desk in order to find the socket behind the desk. Sound proofing could've been better as it was sometimes noisy when people walked down the corridor past my door. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone looking for someone to stay in Dublin.

Fantastic Hotel in a wonderful location close to St Stephens Green. Excellent Customer Service by Saul, Rubin,Meda,Richie it made my day when I came down to breakfast to be free by warm smiles and efficiency. Paul and Gessica in the coffee dock were exceptional very kind efficient and a big welcome. Clayton Hotel Burlington Road is Customer Service wonderful staff teamwork always a great atmosphere of dedicated staff to there Guests and Customers marvellous teamwork.

Our 3-night stay at the Clayton was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The location was about a 20-30 minute walk from the city centre which was not bad at all, as the weather stayed nice for our visit! The one time it rained, we hopped in an Uber which was about 5-10 minutes, traffic dependent. The cocktails in the bar were lovely, and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast was nice - there were lots of different options. The only note I would suggest is that the team on breakfast service are a little bit more attentive. We’d heard other tables ordering different types of eggs, and we tried to flag someone down for a good 10 minutes but no one came over. Overall though, this was a really lovely stay and I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. Room was spacious with a lovely view of mountains. Staff is very friendly. The food was delicious and out in a timely manner.Was looked after by Laura in the bar/ restaurant for dinner she was so attentive and very nice. Will definitely be back again.

A clean and warm hotel. The breakfast buffet is well presented with a great choice of and the hot food is consistently topped up and fresh. The staff are among the best I’ve witnessed. There’s a great team looking after you onsite. Parking is also reasonable at 15€ per night.
